Retrieve a paginated list of NAICS industry codes, optionally filtered by search query.

- `limit` integer
- `cursor` string
- `query` string

    - `id` string, required: Prefixed NAICS code ID (format `naics_<number>`)
    - `code` integer, required: The numeric NAICS code
    - `name` string, required: Industry name

    - `nextCursor` string, nullable, required: Cursor for pagination; pass as the `cursor` query parameter to fetch the next page.
