Returns the versioned method-composition registry. Specialist analytics, A/B testing, eye tracking, and field tooling are advertised only as external evidence integrations. Requires commentary.research.read and does not grant provider write permission. Legacy migration is an owner-approved administrative workflow and is intentionally not exposed to external agents.
