# Acknowledge one exact guidance record as the creating agent.

`POST /api/v1/interactions/{interactionId}/guidance/{guidanceId}/acknowledgment`

Creates an immutable, content-free acknowledgment receipt. It does not claim that guidance was learned or applied.
