# Append an agent-reported Fulfillment status for an exact approved proposal.

`POST /api/v1/interactions/{interactionId}/fulfillment`

## Request

Requires ownership or explicit fulfillment authority, exact Decision/revision/action/fingerprint binding, and Idempotency-Key. Later reports correct history without rewriting it.
