`PATCH /v1/navigation/{dongleId}/locations`

  - `id` number, required: Identifier for a saved location
  - `dongle_id` string, required: A unique 16-character hexadecimal string. Can represent a device or a user.
  - `save_type` 'favorite' | 'recent', required: Navigation location type
  - `label` string, nullable: Optional label for locations with type "favorite"
  - `modified` string, required: When this saved location was last modified
  - `place_name` string, required: Short name of destination
  - `place_details` string, required: Address details of destination. Should not include short name.
  - `latitude` number, required: Latitude, decimal degrees
  - `longitude` number, required: Longitude, decimal degrees
