`POST /v1/users/{id}/extension_payment`

Record a user's extension payment

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `tax_year` integer, required: The tax year for the document. Remember that processing for tax year 2021 happens in 2022!
  - `amount_paid_cents` integer, required: The amount the user paid with Form 4868 or by direct debit or credit card
