`POST /v1/users/{id}/1099-nec`

Create a 1099-NEC for the user

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `tax_year` integer, required: The tax year for the document. Remember that processing for tax year 2021 happens in 2022!
  - `payers_name` string: Payer's name
  - `payers_address` object: Payer's address.
    - `street_1` string, required: The first line of the user's address.
    - `street_2` string: The second line of the address.
    - `city` string, required
    - `state` string, required: The state as a two-letter abbreviation, e.g. "CA". Note that null should be passed if this is not known.
    - `zip_code` string, required: The ZIP code.
  - `payers_tin` string: Payer's TIN
  - `nonemployee_compensation_cents` integer: Box 1 in USD cents
  - `direct_sales_over_5000` boolean: Box 2
  - `federal_income_tax_withheld_cents` integer: Box 4 in USD cents
  - `state_tax` object[]: An array of `state_tax` objects
    - `state_tax_withheld_cents` integer, required: Box 5 in USD cents
    - `state` string, required: The filing state in Box 6. Use state abbreviation, e.g. `NY`
    - `payer_state_no` string, required: The other part of Box 6
    - `state_income_cents` integer, required: Box 7 in USD cents
  - `account_number` string: Account Number
  - `second_tin_not` boolean: `true` if the `2nd TIN not.` box is checked
  - `corrected` boolean: Pass `true` if the CORRECTED box is checked
