Single-call forensic colour brief generator. Covers:
coverage gap analysis, colour cards with full provenance, anachronism
checks, resonance scores, claim roles, do_not_say constraints,
editorial argument, act structure, pull quote, image prompt,
and a replacement log showing what was excluded and why.

This is what a designer, historian, creative director, or brand
strategist pays for. It replaces chaining coverage_gap + archive_report_brief
+ anachronism_guard + resonance_index + evidence_gap separately.

Input: title, audience, themes, archives, period, tone, confidence threshold.
Output: complete deliverable package ready for PDF or editorial use.
