Generate a 33x33x33 .cube LUT file from a palette of hex colours.
The LUT maps the neutral colour space toward the supplied palette
using inverse-distance weighting in RGB space.
Compatible with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro X.
Strength controls blend: 1.0 = full palette influence, 0.5 = half.
