Without q: a fixed curated window -- 'featured' or one period -- free, no
key needed, no paging. With q: a keyed lookup (>=3 characters, names only,
optionally narrowed by period), top ARCHIVE_SEARCH_RESULTS, 1 archive unit,
ARCHIVE_SEARCH_DAILY_CAP per key per day, and no story or source text.
The full record comes back only on generate with seed_record {id}.
