Diagnostic keyword-pattern estimate of how strongly a colour's documented
notes connect a material property to an institutional or social context.

This is a heuristic, disclosed estimate -- see "method" in the response --
not a verified causal-chain analysis, and not a decision recommendation on
its own. Only two score_basis values are currently supported. Candidates
are resolved against canonical archive records by name+archive where
possible; a mismatched archive hint is reported rather than silently
resolved elsewhere. Only archive-verified candidates are eligible to be
named a ranking winner.
