# Lookup patient by external_id

`POST /patient-lookup`

## Request

- Base URL: `sandbox.collectly.co/api/api/partners/v1` (relative, and the document’s source URL is not known)
- URL: `sandbox.collectly.co/api/api/partners/v1/patient-lookup`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Looks up collectly_patient_id patient by patient's id in the connected EHR.
    In case the patient's account is not present in Collectly instance,
    tries to fetch it from EHR.Lookup patient in the connected billing account.

    To authorize add header `Authorization: <COMPANY_UID>`

  - `client_id` integer, required
  - `collectly_patient_id` integer
  - `patient_external_id` string, required

## Response `200`
