Receive and process Oura webhook events.

Oura sends a JSON payload with an ``event_type``, ``data_type``, ``object_id``,
and ``user_id``. Signature is verified via HMAC-SHA256 before any processing
occurs. The actual data fetch + DB write is dispatched as a background task so
the 200 is returned to Oura promptly (Oura retries on non-2xx responses).

Args:
    request: Incoming HTTP request.

    db: Async database session.

Returns:
    JSON acknowledgement.
