# Disconnect Oura

`DELETE /api/v1/integrations/oura/disconnect`

## Request

Remove the Oura integration along with all data it produced.

Disconnecting deletes the integration's category, which cascades (via DB-level
ON DELETE CASCADE FKs) to every metric in it, all their measurements, and the
integration row itself (user_integrations.category_id). Older integrations that
were never linked to a category fall back to deleting just the tokens row.
