# Ingest

`POST /api/v1/integrations/health-connect/ingest`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cohearence.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Ingest a batch of Health Connect records for the current user.

Idempotent: re-sending the same window overwrites rather than duplicates. Unknown
record types are skipped and reported in the response, not rejected, so a newer app
can send types an older server hasn't learned yet without failing the whole batch.
