# List Hunches

`GET /api/v1/hunches`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cohearence.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

List the user's hunches with their latest evaluations.

``status=active`` returns the Tracked lane (monitored hunches only);
``resolved`` the graduated shelf (learned/unsupported); ``all`` both.
Proposed hunches (agent-staged, unconfirmed) are never returned — they
live entirely in the MCP conversation until confirmed.

## Query parameters

- `status` string: active | resolved | all
- `tz` string, nullable
- `refresh` boolean
