# Get Tenant Personalization

`GET /api/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/personalization`

Whether per-user preference personalization is on for this workspace.

Personalization (cognee's PERSONALIZATION_ENABLED) follows a fleet-wide
value (k8s-gitops, on everywhere today); a workspace can pin its own
value with `PUT /{tenant_id}/personalization`. Any member may read it.

## Response
`{"tenant_id": str, "enabled": bool, "overridden": bool}` — `enabled` is
the effective value, `overridden` is true when the workspace has its own
pin, false when it follows the fleet value. Both come from the control
plane, which reads the pin off the Tenant CR and the fleet value off the
operator's forwarded config, so the answer is what the pod runs with.

## Error Codes
- **403 Forbidden**: user is not a member of this tenant
- **404 Not Found**: no Tenant CR exists for this tenant
- **502 Bad Gateway**: the control plane could not be reached
