# Create a diary for a client of the professional; record in it with the returned profile_id

`POST /clients`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://nutri.coghorizon.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://nutri.coghorizon.com/api/v1/clients`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://nutri.coghorizon.com/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://nutri.coghorizon.com/oauth/token`, scopes: `records:write`)

Ask the professional whether the client agreed that their records are kept here; send client_agreed true only then. Professional access is free; the client pays only to record through their own assistant.

## Request body

- ClientInput
  - `name` string, required: The client's name or a label the professional recognises; shown in their client list and on the diary
  - `client_agreed` true, required: The professional confirms the client agreed that their records are kept here; ask them before sending true
  - `language` 'en' | 'es' | 'ru': Language of the client's diary and invitation; the professional's language when absent
  - `note` string: The professional's own note, never shown to the client
