# Activate an organization server deployment and mint its Compute-Unit license

`POST /v1/deployment/activate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.algenta.ai`
- URL: `https://api.algenta.ai/v1/deployment/activate`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Mint the deployment's Compute-Unit license. An org-level credential grant: admin+ (a member
principal re-read from the database — never a device license or service key), and only an
OWNER may re-bind an existing deployment to a different deployment key.

  - `deployment_pubkey_thumbprint` string, required
  - `units` integer
  - `ttl_days` integer
