# Invite developers to the current cloud organization by email

`POST /api/invitations`

## Request

Admins and owners send member invitations valid for seven days. Other organization members request admin approval before emails are sent. Requires REST read/write scopes. Existing members are not reinvited. Optional telemetry.actionId preserves an opaque outreach action ID through later reviews and resends; telemetry.projectId supplies project context. Callers without telemetry receive a server-generated action ID in backend events.
