## Request

[PREMIUM] Perform live ArXiv + GitHub search (not cached).

This endpoint searches ArXiv in real-time for papers matching the query,
then searches GitHub for implementations. Use for finding very recent
papers not yet in our cache.

Requires premium subscription.
