`GET /papers/{paper_id}/repos`

Get cached repositories for a paper.

Returns repositories that have been linked to this paper during caching,
along with their scores and metadata.

    paper_id: Paper ID (arXiv ID like "2301.12345")
    limit: Maximum number of repos to return

- `limit` integer: Maximum number of repos
- `include_possible` boolean: When true (default), include 'possible_match' tier repos alongside 'official' and 'high_confidence_community'. Set to false to only return confident matches.
