`GET /cache/repositories/search`

## Request

Search cached repositories with filters and pagination.

Returns repositories sorted by stars (highest first).

## Query parameters

- `language` string, nullable: Filter by language
- `page` integer: Page number
- `page_size` integer: Items per page
