`GET /api/cache/stats`

## Request

Get comprehensive cache statistics.

**Admin only endpoint.**

Returns:
    - Total counts for papers, repositories, embeddings, links
    - FAISS index status
    - Recent activity metrics
    - Storage usage estimates
