# Get File Cache Stats

`GET /api/cache/stats/file-cache`

## Request

Get statistics from the file cache (~/codeofpaper_data/cache/).

**Admin only endpoint.**

Returns:
    - Total papers in file cache
    - Cache size in MB
    - Date range coverage
    - Categories found
    - Average papers per day
