`GET /clubs/{club_id}/files/{handle}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.clubplatform.de/api`
- URL: `https://api.clubplatform.de/api/clubs/{club_id}/files/{handle}`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `auth_token`

Returns a file by handler.

## Path parameters

- `club_id` integer, required
- `handle` string, required

## Headers

- `If-Modified-Since` string, date-time

## Response `200`

OK

  - `data` object
    - `handle` string: Handle of the file. This replaces the ID.
    - `url` string: URL to the file.
    - `keywords` string[]: List of keywords.
    - `locale` string: Locale of the object. 'de-DE', 'en-GB' or 'nl-NL'. This locale must be whitelisted for your club!
    - `teaser_image` object: Informations of the teaser image. If not set this is null.
      - `url` string: URL to the teaser image.
      - `height` integer: Height in pixel of the teaser image.
      - `width` integer: Width in pixel of the teaser image.
    - `title` string: Title to the file.

## Other responses

- `304`: Not Modified
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not Found
