  - `stockCount` integer: Deprecated, use quantity instead.
  - `quantity` number: Current count of this item in stock.
  - `stockAlertThreshold` number: The quantity threshold at which a low stock alert is triggered. Only appears if the Low Stock Alert feature is enabled.
  - `modifiedTime` integer
