# Revoke a payment source

`DELETE /v1/customers/{customerId}/sources/{sourceId}`

## Request

Removes a payment `source`, such as card or ACH token, from the customer profile. Use [Create a card token](https://docs.clover.com/reference/create-card-token) or [Create an ACH token](https://docs.clover.com/reference/create-ach-token) to create payment source.

## Response `200`

Successful response. Payment source successfully removed from the customer record.

  - `deleted` boolean, required: Indicates whether the payment source associated with customer has been deleted.
  - `id` string, required: Identifier of the payment source associated with a customer record.
  - `object` 'deletedcard' | 'ach', required: Indicates the type of payment source associated with the customer record.
