`POST /instances/{id}/restart`

Restarts the specified Odoo instance. This is useful when you need to apply configuration changes, clear the instance cache, or resolve performance issues. Users can trigger a restart when experiencing slowness, after updating modules, or when configuration changes have been made that require a service restart to take effect.
