# Delete module

`DELETE /instances/{id}/modules/{moduleId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cloudpepper.io`
- URL: `https://api.cloudpepper.io/instances/{id}/modules/{moduleId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Removes a module from the Odoo instance. This will uninstall the module from Odoo and remove its files from the server. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you have a backup if needed. Module deletion is useful when you no longer need specific functionality or are replacing a module with an alternative solution.

**Key Parameters:**
- `id`: The ID of the instance containing the module
- `moduleId`: The ID of the module to update

NOTE: This action cannot be undone, and all data associated with the module will be permanently deleted.
