# Get thumbnails for a segmentation

`GET /segmentations/{segmentation_id}/thumbnails`

Get all thumbnails for a segmentation

## Path parameters

- `segmentation_id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `segment_ids` string
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
- `type` string: The type of the thumbnail: 'segment' for segment thumbnails, 'keyframe' for keyframes, 'file' for file thumbnails, 'frame' for frame thumbnails. Comma separated string of one or more types.

Segmentation thumbnails

- ThumbnailList
  - `object` 'list', required: Object type, always 'list'
  - `total` integer, required: Total number of segmentations matching the query
  - `limit` integer, required: Number of items returned in this response
  - `offset` integer, required: Offset from the start of the list
  - `data` Thumbnail[], required
    - `id` string, uuid, required: The ID of the thumbnail
    - `url` string, required: The URL of the thumbnail
    - `time` number, required: The time of the thumbnail in seconds relative to the start of the video
    - `segmentation_id` string, uuid: The ID of the segmentation if part of a segmentation job
    - `type` string: The type of the thumbnail: 'segment' for segment thumbnails, 'keyframe' for keyframes, 'file' for file thumbnails, 'frame' for frame thumbnails. Comma separated string of one or more types.
    - `segment_id` string, uuid: The ID of the segment if part of a segmentation job

- `404`: Segmentation not found
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred on the server
