# Add note to a profile

`POST /group-profile/v1/profiles/{profileId}/notes`

## Request

Create a new note for a profile (group, company, or travel agent)

- `profileId` integer, required

- CreateProfileNoteRequest
  - `userId` integer, required: User ID of the person who created the note
  - `content` string, required: Content of the note

## Response `201`

Note added successfully

  - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the profile note
  - `profileId` string, required: ID of the profile (group, company, or travel agent)
  - `user` NoteUser: User information for note author
    - `id` string: User ID
    - `firstName` string: First name of the user
    - `lastName` string: Last name of the user
    - `email` string: Email of the user
  - `content` string: Content of the note
  - `archivedAt` string, date-time: Timestamp when the note was archived (null if not archived)
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: Creation timestamp
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time: Last update timestamp

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Profile not found
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity
