# Get item extension mapping rules for a country

`GET /fiscal-document/v1/fiscalization/items/rules`

Returns country-specific item categories and GOBL extension fields for per-item mapping

Successfully retrieved item extension rules

  - `country` CountryInfo, required
    - `code` string, required: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code
    - `name` string, required: Country name
  - `categories` ItemCategoryRequirement[], required: Item categories that need GOBL extension mappings
    - `category` string, required: Category identifier (e.g., room_booking, item_service)
    - `label` string, required: Human-readable label for the category
    - `singleDefault` boolean, required: If true, one mapping applies to all items in this category (e.g., all room bookings share the same service code)
    - `extensions` ItemExtensionField[], required: Extension fields required for items in this category
      - `key` string, required: GOBL extension key (e.g., br-nfse-service, mx-cfdi-prod-serv)
      - `label` string, required: Human-readable label for the extension field
      - `description` string: Help text for the UI
      - `required` boolean, required: Whether this extension is mandatory on every line item
      - `validationPattern` string: Regex pattern for input validation (null for no validation)
      - `options` object: Fixed value options as label-to-value map for select fields. Null for free-text input fields.
