# Update property-level document settings

`PATCH /fiscal-document/v1/configs/property-settings`

## Request

A concern object that is present replaces that concern as a whole (blank strings are stored as null); a concern that is absent is left untouched.

- PropertySettingsUpdateRequest
  - `issuerRegistry` IssuerRegistryUpdate
    - `tourismClassification` string, nullable: Tourism establishment classification as registered with the regional authority, e.g. "Hotel 4*".
    - `tourismRegistryCode` string, nullable: Registro de Turismo code, e.g. "H/SE/01234".
  - `paymentDetails` PaymentDetailsUpdate
    - `iban` string, nullable: Bank account guests pay documents to. Validated per property country (CH: a CH or LI IBAN that is not a QR-IBAN).
  - `folioStatement` FolioStatementUpdate
    - `showFooterDisclaimers` boolean, required: Whether folio exports print the footer disclaimers ("folio statement - not a receipt" and "not valid for tax purposes or as proof of payment"). Turning them off is rejected unless the property is allowed to hide them.
