Assign a folio configuration to a source, replacing existing folios

## Headers

- `X-Property-ID` integer, required

## Request body

- AssignFolioConfigurationRequest
  - `configId` string, required: Folio configuration ID to assign
  - `sourceId` string, required: Source ID (reservation ID, group profile ID, etc.)
  - `sourceKind` 'CONFIG' | 'RESERVATION' | 'GROUP_PROFILE', required: The type of source a folio belongs to. CONFIG indicates a folio configuration template, RESERVATION is an individual guest booking, and GROUP_PROFILE is a group booking profile.

  - `sourceId` string: Source ID
  - `sourceKind` 'CONFIG' | 'RESERVATION' | 'GROUP_PROFILE': The type of source a folio belongs to. CONFIG indicates a folio configuration template, RESERVATION is an individual guest booking, and GROUP_PROFILE is a group booking profile.
  - `folioConfigurationId` string: Folio configuration ID
