# Get GL code resolution mode

`GET /accounting/v1.0/custom-general-ledger-codes/mode`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer

Return whether the property uses the Advanced GL code resolution mode. When `advanceMode` is `false`, the property uses the Standard mode where payments, deposit releases, and AR-side payments post to their base item-mapping GL codes without conditional substitution or single-account overrides.

  - `advanceMode` boolean, required: When true, the property uses Advanced GL code resolution (conditional codes on DEPOSITS-account payments, AR override on payment-paying-AR rows). When false, Standard mode applies.
