# Create feedback

`POST /feedbacks`

## Request

Submit new customer feedback for analysis

## Request body

  - `text` string, required: The feedback text content
  - `source` string: Source of the feedback
  - `metadata` object: Additional metadata about the feedback

## Response `201`

Feedback created successfully

  - `status` 'new' | 'processing' | 'completed' | 'failed'

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing API key
- `500`: Internal server error
