`GET /runs/{run_id}/clips`

## Request

List a run's projected clips and the finishing styles this account may request.

Costs nothing quota-wise. Call after a completed run to choose a clip or style; URLs are
minted only by download-url operations. Recover from run_not_found by calling GET
/v1/runs and using an owned id. For rate_limited or service_unavailable, wait
retry_after_sec and retry once.
