`DELETE /api/v1/projects/{project_id}`

## Request

Comprehensively delete a project and all related data:
- Database records (projects, tasks, frames, scenes, clips, logs)
- File system data (videos, frames, processing outputs)

Args:
    project_id: UUID of the project to delete

Returns:
    ProjectDeletionResponse with detailed deletion results
