# Create Api Key

`POST /api/v1/api-keys`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.clipmaster.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.clipmaster.app/api/v1/api-keys`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Issue a new API key. Plan-gated; capped per user. Returns the key once.

- ApiKeyCreateRequest
  - `name` string, required

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- ApiKeyCreateResponse: Returned once at creation — carries the plaintext key. Shown to the user a single time.
  - `id` integer, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `prefix` string, required
  - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `last_used_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `revoked_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `key` string, required
