`POST /public/widget/chat/messages`

  - `clinicId` string, required
  - `content` string, required
  - `clientInfo` WidgetClientInfoDto
    - `name` string, required
    - `email` string, required
    - `phone` string, required
    - `referralSource` string, nullable: "How did you hear about us" (ITE-413), answered by the client at booking. Written to `Client.ReferralSource` — marketing attribution — only when this booking creates the client; an existing client's answer is never overwritten by a later booking. Ignored for returning clients. Free text: usually one of IReadOnlyList&lt;string&gt; ReferralSourceOptions.Presets, but anything is accepted and stored verbatim.
