# Loads the survey form for a signed token. Returns 404 for invalid/expired tokens.

`GET /public/nps/{token}`

OK

- NpsPublicSurveyDto: Payload returned to the public NPS survey page (no auth, token-validated).
  - `clinicName` string
  - `clientFirstName` string
  - `petName` string
  - `alreadySubmitted` boolean: True once the survey has been submitted; the page should show a thank-you state.
  - `googleReviewAvailable` boolean: True when the clinic has a Google Place ID, so a promoter (9–10) will be handed a Google review link after submitting. The page reads this up front so it only promises a review link it can give.
