# What changed on this sheet since the caller last looked: the order audit events after their marker, newest first, as terse facts. Empty with a null \`lastSeenAt\` when they have never marked the stay.

  - `lastSeenAt` string, date-time, nullable: Null when the caller has never marked the stay seen; then int HospitalStayChangesDto.Count is 0.

  - `truncated` boolean: True when more than the returned tail changed; the count is then a floor.
  - `changes` HospitalStayChangeDto[]: Newest first.

    - `action` 'created' | 'edited' | 'completed' | 'skipped' | 'held' | 'resumed' | 'discontinued' | 'delayed' | 'charge_captured' | 'charge_capture_failed': Append-only audit actions on the treatment-order trail, mirroring MedicationRequestEventType for the medication-request trail.
    - `at` string, date-time
    - `actor` string: Frozen actor string from the trail (an email for a person, "system" for a worker).
    - `actorUserId` string, nullable
    - `actorName` string, nullable: The actor's display name resolved now, for initials. Null for system actions or deleted users.
    - `detail` string, nullable
