- CreateClientCreditEntryDto: Staff-created ledger movement. EntryType is limited server-side to the manually creatable kinds (ManualGrant, Barter, Promotional, Prepayment, Adjustment) — Applied and RefundToCredit rows are written only by the payment paths (ITE-654/655), never by hand.
