    - `id` string
    - `workItemType` integer: Which work-item table a WorkItemEventType history row refers to.
    - `workItemId` string
    - `eventType` integer: Lifecycle transitions recorded in the work_item_events history table. This is the data behind the "why this reminder?" timeline (PAW-624).
    - `actorUserId` string, nullable
    - `actorName` string, nullable: Display name of the acting user; "System" semantics are left to the client when null.
