# Upsert a concept in a vocabulary

Upsert a concept in a vocabulary.

## Response `200`

A successful response when the concept is replaced.

## Other responses

- `201`: A successful response when the concept is created.
- `400`: Returned when the request is malformed or invalid.
- `404`: Returned when the vocabulary does not exist.
- `413`: Returned when the payload exceeds the max content size (100kB).
