# Get Product and Prices

`GET /prices`

Retrieve real-time product, price, promotion, and geo IP data for a specific product.

  - `items` object: List of product and pricing items.
    - `data` object: General information about the product.
      - `client_id` number: The cleverbridge ID for your client account.
      - `product_id` number: Unique ID of the product.
      - `coupon` string: Coupon code for a promotion associated with the product.
      - `locale` string: Two-character ID of the contact's language (see [ISO 639-1](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_639-1)) followed by two-character ID of the contact's country (see [ISO 3166-1 alpha-2](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2)).
      - `currency` object: Information about the currency.
        - `symbol` string: Symbol that represents the currency. For example, $ for USD.
        - `iso` string: Currency code in capital letters, see [ISO 4217](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217).
    - `list-price` object: Original pricing information for the product.
      - `gross` object: Original pricing information, including taxes.
        - `value` number: Original price, including taxes, without formatting.
        - `localized` string: Original price, including taxes, formatted in the local currency.
      - `net` object: Original pricing information, not including taxes.
        - `value` number: Original price, not including taxes, without formatting.
        - `localized` string: Original price, not including taxes, formatted in the local currency.
      - `vat` object: Original tax information.
        - `value` number: Original taxes, without formatting.
        - `localized` string: Original taxes in the local currency.
    - `discount` object: Discount information for the product.
      - `absolute` object: Total amount subtracted from the list price (for example, $20.00).
        - `gross` object: Total amount subtracted from the list price, including taxes. For descriptions of the response items, see [Additional Pricing Response Items](https://developer.cleverbridge.com/page/additional-pricing-response-items).
          - `value` number: Total amount subtracted from the list price, including taxes, without formatting.
          - `localized` string: Total amount subtracted from the list price, including taxes, formatted in the local currency.

        - `localized` string: Percentage of the list price that is subtracted, formatted with a percent symbol.
    - `price` object: Pricing information for the product after the discount has been subtracted.
      - `gross` object: Pricing information, including taxes, after the discount has been subtracted.
        - `value` number: Price, including taxes, without formatting, after the discount has been subtracted.
        - `localized` string: Price, including taxes, formatted in the local currency, after the discount has been subtracted.
      - `net` object: Pricing information, not including taxes, after the discount has been subtracted.
        - `value` number: Price, not including taxes, without formatting, after the discount has been subtracted.
        - `localized` string: Price, not including taxes, formatted in the local currency, after the discount has been subtracted.
      - `vat` object: Tax information, after the discount has been subtracted.
        - `value` number: Taxes without formatting, after the discount has been subtracted.
        - `localized` string: Taxes formatted in the local currency, after the discount has been subtracted.
    - `product` object: Information about the product.
      - `name` string: Product name used in customer communication.
      - `short_description` string: Short description of the product. This corresponds with <b>Product > Images & Content > Product and Marketing Content > Short description</b> in the Commerce Assistant.
      - `system_requirements` string: List of requirements a computer must have to use this product. This corresponds with Product > Images & Content > Product and Marketing Content > System requirements in the Commerce Assistant.
      - `description` string: Long description of the product. This corresponds with Product > Images & Content > Product and Marketing Content > Description in the Commerce Assistant.
      - `additional_name` string: Product description. Corresponds to the <b>Additional name information</b> in the Commerce Assistant.
      - `operatingSystem` string: List of the operating systems that this product supports.
      - `client_product_id` string: Your internal product ID.
    - `price_country` string: Two-character ID of the country, see [ISO 3166-1 alpha-2](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2).
    - `vat_rate` object: Tax rate (percentage) applicable in the country.
      - `value` number: Tax rate (percentage) in the country, without a percentage sign.
      - `localized` string: Tax rate (percentage) in the country, with a percentage sign.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request.
- `404`: Invalid data was submitted.
