# List folders

`GET /folders`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.cleve.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://app.cleve.ai/api/v1/folders`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Lists every folder in the workspace as a flat list. Nesting is given by `parentId`.

## Response `200`

The folders.

- object
  - `data` Folder[], required
    - `_id` string, required: Folder ID.
    - `_creationTime` number, required: Creation time, milliseconds since the Unix epoch.
    - `userId` string: ID of the folder's owner.
    - `name` string, required
    - `parentId` string: Parent folder ID. Absent for top-level folders.
    - `isPublic` boolean
    - `isPublished` boolean
    - `publishedAt` number
    - `orgId` string: Workspace ID.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `500`: Unexpected server error. Safe to retry once.
