# Reset password

`PUT /customers/passwords`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://mediastoreapi-sandbox.cleeng.com`
- URL: `https://mediastoreapi-sandbox.cleeng.com/customers/passwords`
- Auth: none required

Use /customers/passwords endpoint to request password reset. The email with a link to reset password will be sent. Customers can set a new password by clicking the link and fill the short form.

## Request body

- object
  - `customerEmail` string, required: The email address of the customer
  - `offerId` string, required: ID of Cleeng offer. The first letter defines the type of offer, then 9 numbers occurs, underscore and country code, eg. S565568989_US
  - `publisherId` string, required: Required conditionally, when offerId is not given, e.g. 332347686
  - `resetUrl` string: Information where reset password form will be kept. If empty, cleeng.com url will be used.
