`GET /api/payments/status`

## Request

  - API key in header `X-ClearList-API-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://clearlist.me/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://clearlist.me/api/oauth/token`)

Tier status.

    - `days_until_page_expiry` integer, nullable
    - `can_renew` boolean
    - `renewal` object: Current eligible renewal choices. Empty outside the renewal window or when no full-duration purchase can be delivered.
